This is the tab for "Down", I hope it`s Ok...

Bass dont start till drums do

This goes till tom says "I`ll try to kiss you if you let me..."
 then, play the E string strongly,  just without pushing a fret

then 
Chorus:
"tidal waves they..."

play it all the chorus till mark says "down, down,down..." while the bass isn`t played, when he says "it get we so" the second time 
just play the E string Strongly then the guitar is played again and when tom sings the bass goes like:

and a little variation that it`s noticed when you listen to it on cd:

and E string strongly  again, then chorus and when they finish with E string again played sometimes (note: notice that last notes by ear)
